Common Reasons to Get in Touch

The week count looks wrong

This site uses a US-style week count (weeks start on Sunday; week 1 begins January 1). If you are used to ISO 8601 week numbers the count may differ by one. If you believe there is a genuine calculation error please email us with the date and the number you expected.
